Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. At least 3 years' Post Admission experience in a busy Commercial Law Firm or in the Banking Industry. Experience in Ligitation Management, Contract Review, Drafting, and Negotiation. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework specific to the Banking sector. In-depth understanding of banking operations, securities, and debt recovery laws. Familiarity with banking regulations to ensure institutional adherence. Ability to maintain accurate litigation databases, document management systems, and ensuring flawless legal contracts and reports.
