Package: Competitive, based on Qualifications/Experience Benefits as per company policy Qualifications, Skills and Experience Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in animal feeds sales or a related agricultural sales environment • Strong background in animal feeds sales is mandatory Experience in field sales, Route-to-Market (RTM) execution, and territory management Experience working with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, and livestock value chain stakeholders Strong ability to drive secondary sales, manage collections, and achieve sales targets Valid driving license is an added advantage Key Responsibilities Sales Growth & Territory Management: Drive sales growth, achieve territory targets, manage customer relationships, and expand market penetration through effective field sales activities. Route-to-Market Execution: Implement RTM strategies, ensure product availability, maintain distributor engagement, and support secondary sales growth across assigned territories. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders within the livestock value chain.
