About the job 5+ years of experience in database administration (Oracle and/or SQL Server) Strong expertise in HA/DR solutions (Data Guard, Availability Groups) Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting tools (AWR, ASH, execution plans) Hands-on experience with backup and recovery strategies (RMAN, native tools) Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
