Qualifications and experience Masters in the relevant area of specialization i.e. Educational Management/Administration/ Leadership or Curriculum Studies or Educational Planning and Economics of Education or Educational Research, Evaluation and Assessment from an accredited and recognized University. Bachelor’s degree in Education from an accredited and recognized university. Teaching experience at the university level will be an added advantage. Applicants must be prepared to pursue a Ph.D. in the specified areas of specialization.
