This role goes beyond traditional administration it sits at the intersection of customer experience, technical coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate will bring both a strong administrative foundation and a background in biomedical or related technical fields to effectively bridge communication between clients, technical teams, and internal operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting day-to-day technical sales operations Managing client communication and inquiries with professionalism Preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and internal workflows Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Supporting onboarding and training of clients on technical solutions What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (technical environment preferred) Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related field Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail Must be a female go to method of application »
