In this role you will make an impact by: Stay abreast of technical development and generate new ideas Contribute actively with input for continuous product, tool & service development Identify and solve complex technical issues Initiate plans and coordinate technical activities carried out by Novonesis, customers or partners Understand and help to address customer concerns Support the Industry Group by identifying and qualifying prospects and sales opportunities incl. new applications Provide customer and industry technology insight and support Plan/guide lab work in accordance with the Application Qualification Agreement (AQA) and the Lab functions team Participate in test marketing & roll out Experimental work: Conduct/supervise own lab-work to meet customer and project expectations Manage external testing in collaboration with the responsible Technical Service Manager/Business Manager Develop and adapt new methods and procedures based on latest bio solutions. Communication: Represent Novonesis towards customers and other stakeholders on technical and/or project issues Actively use Salesforce for collaboration within Novonesis and with the customers Actively reaching out to the global Technical Services and R&D community to take advantage of the global organization as a platform for better solutions. Qualifications ; Master of Science, other relevant field or bachelor’s degree (food/life science spaces) in combination with significant relevant experience, preferably from baking, flour milling, pasta, confectionary sites. 5+ years of relevant experience Customer oriented focus with good technical understanding Effective communication, networking & presentation skills
